Who are we?
The American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE) is an agent of change for improving education, thus enabling Hispanic students to fully participate in a diverse society. AAHHE works collaboratively with all sectors of education, business, industry, as well as community and professional organizations to enhance the educational aspirations and to meet the needs of a significantly increasing Hispanic population. We invite you to sponsor the 2022 AAHHE National Conference on March 10-11, 2022 at Nevada State College, Henderson, NV as we explore better ways to serve the rapidly growing and flourishing Latinx communities.

The advertisements in the digital conference program will reach more than 600 viewers; we'll advertise the conference via our social media channels to more than 2,000 social media followers!

Sponsorship Levels
The hybrid platform of the 2022 conference provides some excellent opportunities for sponsors. We have six different levels of sponsorship packages available as well as online exhibition opportunities and sponsorships for seven  different events.

Event Sponsorships
For each of the following events, you will receive: recognition at the beginning of the event in addition to name and logo recognition on event webpage, during conference event, and via social media.

Welcome and Opening Plenary Session
The formal conference kick-off event on March 10, 2022. Attendees will enjoy opening remarks, the Tomás Rivera Lecture address and orientation to the conference.

Cigarroa Family Medical/STEM Distinguished Lecture
Attendees will enjoy a signature lecture of a prominent scholar in the sciences disciplines.

AAHHE Awards Luncheon
Attendees will join the celebratory awards ceremony of the annual AAHHE Awards

AAHHE Fellows Luncheon
Attendees will join the celebratory ceremony of the 2021-2022 AAHHE Fellows

Payment
Submit the payment for sponsorship packages, exhibition, and event sponsorships via the 2022 AAHHE Sponsorship Portal by the deadline detailed in the artwork submission section below. 


Artwork Submission
Ads for sponsorship packages must adhere to the 2022 AAHHE Ad Specifications. Logos for all types of sponsorships must be in high resolution in JPEG file format. All artwork (ads and/or logos) must be submitted via the 2022 AAHHE Artwork Submission Portal. Exhibition Sponsorships will need to upload a MS Word document with the information requested via the 2022 AAHHE Artwork Submission Portal.

Submit a document (in MS Word) with a 200 word description of the organization or institution, a list of resources and/or 3-5 resources (in PDF), and ‘contact us’ information for publication on a conference webpage. The information should be submitted via the 2022 AAHHE Artwork Submission Portal.
