Who are we?
The American Association of Hispanics in Higher Education (AAHHE) is an agent of change for improving education, thus enabling Hispanic students to fully participate in a diverse society. AAHHE works collaboratively with all sectors of education, business, industry, as well as community and professional organizations to enhance the educational aspirations and to meet the needs of a significantly increasing Hispanic population. We invite you to sponsor the 2025 AAHHE National Conference on March 7-9, 2025 Metropolitan State University of Denver, Denver, CO as we explore better ways to serve the rapidly growing and flourishing Latinx communities.

The in-person platform of the 2025 conference provides some excellent opportunities for sponsors. We have five different levels of sponsorship packages and seven different event sponsorships available as well as an in-person Exhibitor Program.

Payment
Submit the payment for sponsorship packages, event sponsorships and exhibitors program via the 2025 Conference Sponsorship Form by the deadline detailed in the artwork submission section below.
Artwork Submission
Ads for sponsorship packages must adhere to the 2025 AAHHE Ad Specifications. Logos for all types of sponsorships must be in high resolution in JPEG file format. All artwork (ads and/or logos) must be submitted via the 2025 AAHHE Artwork Submission. Participants in the Exhibition Program are not required to submit any artwork.

Participants in this program are not required to submit any artwork. The deadline to reserve a space and receive payment is Friday, January 17, 2025.

Exhibitor Program
In 2024, AAHHE will host an in-person Exhibitors Program at Metropolitan State University of Denver, Denver, CO. Program participants in the Exhibitors Program will be provided with a 6-ft table and 2 chairs. Maximum of 10 Exhibitors will be allowed. For more information see the 2025 AAHHE Exhibitor Program Rules & Regulations. If you’re interested in participating in the Exhibitor Program, you’ll need to first complete and submit a 2025 AAHHE Exhibitor Program application; once you’ve received confirmation from AAHHE that you’ve been accepted as a participant in the Exhibitor Program, you’ll need to submit payment via the 2025 AAHHE Sponsorship Portal. The deadline to reserve a space and receive payment is Friday, January, 17, 2025.
